Promotions
1. The Mid-Autumn Raffle (the “Promotion”) is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on KGVIP’s website and are aged 18years or over (“Players”).
2. GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms and Conditions”).
3. The Promotion will commence on Friday 6th September 2019 and will close (at close of business) on Sunday 15th September 2019 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. The Prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) are subject to availability. KGVIP reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for another of similar kind or value without giving notice.
4.1 The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. There are 4 draws in this promotion which will be conducted on the below dates with the following total prize amounts:
- 9th September - €8000
- 11th September - €8000
- 13th September - €8000
- 16th September - €16,000
4.2. The wagering period for each draw is:
Draw 1 – Between 00:00 on 6th September (GMT) and 23:59 on 8th September (GMT)
Draw 2 – Between 00:00 on 9th September (GMT) and 23:59 on 10th September (GMT)
Draw 3 – Between 00:00 on 11th September (GMT) and 23:59 on 12th September (GMT)
Draw 4 – Between 00:00 on 13th September (GMT) and 23:59 on 15th September (GMT)
4.3 For every $28 wagered in real money wager placed by a Player on the ‘Emperor of the Sea’ and ‘Lucky Koi’ online slot game during the period between 00:01 on Friday 6th September 2019 and 23:59 on Sunday 15th September 2019 (the “Entry Period”), will earn a player 1 ticket into the prize draws shown above.
4.4 Players can win multiple prizes in each draw.
4.5 If players win a prize in a draw, they will continue to be eligible for prizes in the next draws.
4.6 There are 246 cash prizes in total. The total prize amount is $40,000. Details of the prize draws can be found below:
5. Players may not create more than one account on KGVIP's website for the purpose of entering the Promotion from more than one account during the Entry Period. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, KGVIP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player.
5.1 Should any of the Player’s Entries during the Entry Period be made using any bonus funds, or part thereof, from such Player’s account held with KGVIP, there shall be no restrictions or limitations placed on a Player’s chance to win any of the Prizes or on the awarding of any Prize to the Player should that Player’s Entry result in the Player winning a Prize.
6. Once the winners have been decided, the winners shall be notified by email by KGVIP. In order to claim their Prize, each Winner must notify KGVIP that they accept the Prize within 48 hours of being notified by KGVIP of their win. There will be no re-draws made for the Prizes. If issuing a Prize is not possible, KGVIP reserves the right to close the draw for the Prizes of the Promotion.
7. Once the Winners have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
8. The decision of KGVIP regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final.
9. Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when they submit an Entry to enter the Promotion. KGVIP reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. KGVIP reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. KGVIP and its licensor are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Winners and Players agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless KGVIP and its licensor from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.
12. The Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. Which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. KGVIP may, with the Winner’s express consent, use throughout the world in all and any media the Winner’s entry (“Entry”) for marketing or promotional purposes on its website(s) and social media channels during the Promotion Period and for a reasonable time afterwards (the “Specified Purposes”). Should KGVIP and/ or its licensor wish to use the Entry, it shall comply with all obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998, Regulation (EU)2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the relevant regulatory body and shall obtain from the Winner:
12.1 express and exclusive permission to use any content therein (which may include the entrant’s name, image and likeness) throughout the world for the Specified Purposes;
12.2 confirmation that the Winner does not object to KGVIP and its licensor storing copies of the Entry, in whole or part, for the Specified Purposes or storing the Winner’s contact details for the sole purpose of contacting the Winner(s); or transferring part or all of the Entry and the contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular the Isle of Man, for the purposes set out in this paragraph 13 only;
12.3 acknowledgment that KGVIP and its licensor shall be under no obligation to use any part of the Entry and that the Winner shall not be entitled to receive any proceeds that may be derived from the Entry.
13. The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.
14. It is the Players’ responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on KGVIP’s website.
KGVIP General Bonus Terms & Conditions:-
1. Only one bonus offer per customer, per household, per shared computer and shared IP address unless otherwise stated. KGVIP does not allow “Multiple Accounts”. Player account details will be determined by any or all combination of name, mailing address, email address, IP address, payment (deposit/withdrawal) method used and any other form of identification.
2. KGVIP reserves the right to withhold any bonuses if believed that the offer has been abused and/or where the terms of the offer are not fulfilled or any irregular betting patterns are found. KGVIP's decision is final.
3. Players already registered are not allowed to register as a new user under another name or email address. If multiple accounts are registered with KGVIP, we will cancel the user account and void any bonuses claimed.
4. Restrictions regarding withdrawals may also apply to bonuses. Please refer to the site terms and conditions as well as our Withdrawal Policy for further details.
5. KGVIP reserves the right to request any customer to provide sufficient documentation for account verification and for us to be satisfied that we are certain of the identity of the players to whom we are issuing any bonus, Bonus Token or special promotion.
6. KGVIP is not responsible for the Promotions or content of its partner websites.
