How to register

  1. Click 'Register' on the top right of the page. This will open the registration form

  2. Fill in information in the table and confirm the that you are of the minimum age of 18 or older. You must also accept the terms and conditions

  3. If the information is submitted and approved, the system will notify you the registration is complete

    Please note that some fields are mandatory - you must enter true and correct details in all fields.

How to deposit

  1. Please log in to your KGVIP account and click on "Deposit" button on the top right of the page next to your username

  2. Select the payment method and enter your deposit amount. Confirm, and submit

  3. You will then enter the deposit payment gateway and be asked for your private deposit payment details. These may vary depending on the channel selected such as WeChat, online banking, and so forth 

  4. Submit your payment request which take a few seconds to process and will then credit to your KGVIP account 

    Please note that you may only deposit using payments channels that belong to you and match the registration details of your KGVIP account

 

When depositing on our site, please note the following:-

  • All amounts paid into your Account must be by debit card (Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro or Visa Electron), Bank Transfer or using an online payment service (e.g. Skrill, Neteller and other providers we may accept). All deposits may be subject to your bank and/or payment provider’s authorisation and we accept no liability where this is not provided.
  • When using a debit card, credit card or online payment service, you must make sure that the name on the card or payment service is the same as the name used for your account. We are entitled to assume that you are using your own funds and we accept no liability where that is not the case. We reserve the right to void any bets and withhold any winnings placed with third party funds.
  • The maximum number of payment methods that may be registered on your account at any given time is one. To change your payment method, please use the facility provided on the websites and/or mobile and tablet applications or contact our Customer Support Team.
  • The minimum deposit is $10 for Neteller & Skrill. The minimum deposit for all other payments methods is $5 (five dollars) as may be amended from time to time or the equivalent amount in your chosen currency.
  • We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to change the minimum deposit without prior notice. We will publish any change to the minimum deposit amount on our websites.
  • We will never charge you for making a deposit. However, certain banks may charge if they classify the deposit as a "cash" transaction or impose additional banking charges or overdraft fees. Please ask your bank for more details.
  • Your deposit will be available in your account as soon as your bank authorises the amount you choose to deposit. Deposits will usually show as KING GAMING; on Your statement.
  • Funds in your account do not bear interest and are deemed to be advance payments for intended transactions.
  • We are not a bank and monies deposited with us are held in a normal bank account in the name of King Gaming Limited.
  • You should only deposit money in your account for the purposes of using such money on our Services. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that you are depositing money without any intention to use such money on our Services. In such circumstances we may also report you to the relevant authorities.
  • Online Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located, if so, you are not authorised to use your payment method to complete any transactions on our site (in line with clause 5.10 of our Terms & Conditions).
  • It is recommended that the cardholder retains a copy of the transaction details, along with the policies and rules of our site for future reference.
  • Please note that credit card deposits via MoneyMatrix will appear on your billing statements as  ‘MMX*kgvip.com’

How to withdraw

  1. In order to withdraw funds, you must be logged into your KGVIP account. Click on "Withdrawal" button on the top right of the page next to your username

  2. Complete bank information and link to your bank account. If you have already linked a bank account for withdrawal, please select it now

  3. On withdrawal page, enter the amount you wish to withdrawal followed by your password, then click on "Submit" button to complete the withdrawal request

Depending on the size of your withdrawal and status of your account, you may be asked to provide some proof of identity before your withdrawal can be released to your bank. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details or contact our customer support team if you require assistance 

 

When withdrawing funds from our site, please note the following:-

  • Subject to these General Terms and Conditions, you may withdraw the available funds from your account at any time. Funds will remain in your account unless and until you submit an online request for an amount up to the outstanding balance to be transferred to the debit card, credit card or online payment service with which you originally deposited monies in your account.
  • To withdraw funds from your account, visit the ‘My Account’ section, or contact our Customer Support Team.
  • A small number of credit cards - including international MasterCard and Visa cards issued in a restricted country (as well as certain UK credit cards) - do not allow us to pay funds back to your credit card. If you are using one of these credit cards you will be notified either upon registration or when you attempt to make a withdrawal (depending on the card) and we can arrange for your funds to be paid back to your bank account (please be aware that documentary evidence may be required such as identity documentation, bank statements and payment method details).
  • Once you have submitted a withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation message that the transfer has been actioned and the balance of your account will then clear to zero or the balance of the amount not withdrawn. If you reduce the balance of your account down to zero, to place any further stakes you will need to transfer a minimum deposit of $10 for Neteller & Skrill and $5 for all other payment methods (or other amounts as may be applicable at that time) into your account.
  • Where funds are transferred, they will leave us at the close of business on the working day on which such transfer was requested and will be credited to the debit card, credit card or online payment service that you have registered with us. These funds will be subject to a clearance period determined by the card issuing bank (normally 2-5 working days) or online payment service (normally same day).
  • At our reasonable discretion, requests for withdrawals may be held for approval before being processed.
  • The standard minimum withdrawal amount is $10 (or its equivalent in another currency) as may be amended from time to time. However, customers who have a balance lower than this minimum can contact our Customer Support Team in order to withdraw the full balance amount. The maximum aggregate amount You can withdraw in one calendar day is $50,000 (or its equivalent in another currency). Please note that your bank or card provider may also have restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to change the minimum and maximum withdrawal levels at our reasonable discretion. We will publish any changes on our websites as soon as they are brought into effect.
  • Please consult your card-issuer for a list of relevant non-restricted countries.
  • We do not allow any transfer of funds between our customers' Accounts.

A: Minimum withdrawal is $10 USD (or currency equivalent) up to $25,000 USD (or currency equivalent) per transaction. Withdraw up to five times a day. Some withdrwawals may be subject to receipt of personal due diligence documents.

How long does it take to withdraw a fund?

A: Our withdrawal process is fast and efficient - from the beginning of your application for withdrawal, it usually takes less than 2 hours for the remittance. If your withdrawals happens to coincide with our or our banks' system maintenance, the process may take a little longer however, we will do everything to ensure you receive your funds as soon as possible.

A: Your main wallet is KGVIP website's main capital account. All the funds will enter the main wallet and all withdrawals will be subtracted from the main wallet as well. A sub-wallet is essentially the wallet of each game type or provider. If a player wants to participate in a game, he/she needs to transfer funds from the main wallet to the sub-wallet of the game. For withdrawals, the player needs to transfer funds back to the main wallet and request a withdrawal from the main wallet.
