Complaint procedures

At KGVIP, we take both the safety and happiness of our customers very seriously and we do everything in our power to ensure that the KGVIP experience exceeds your expectations.

While we do try our very best, we also recognize that there may be times where you are not be happy with our services and we offer your the opportunity to raise your concerns with us directly.

Should you wish to make a complaint, you should first contact our support team via email and provide as much detail as possible about your issue.  The more detail you can provide, the faster we can assist you.

Our support team will try their very best to rectify your issue within 24 hours of receiving your email however, please note that we may request further information from you in order to diagnose your issue or query.


If you are not satisfied with the resolution or status of your complaint, you can request that the issue be escalated to our management team - we will do everything in our power to rectify your issue and ensure that you are are happy with the outcome.
